An MoU signing ceremony was held on 19th February 2026 at Government Polytechnic Institute Sardar Garhi, Peshawar, marking an important milestone in strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Prof. Saeed Ahmad, Principal, GPI Sardar Garhi Peshawar, and Engr. Muhammad Yasir Khan, Senior Recruitment Specialist, Mobiserve Pakistan. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to enhancing technical education through practical industry exposure.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Saeed Ahmad stated that the partnership would open new avenues for students by providing structured pathways toward professional growth. He emphasized that collaboration with reputable industry partners is essential to equip students with market-oriented skills.
Engr. Muhammad Yasir Khan highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between technical institutions and industry, noting that Mobiserve Pakistan looks forward to supporting students through meaningful training and employment opportunities.
Under the MoU, students of Electrical and Electronics Technology will benefit from On-the-Job Training (OJT), internship programs, and job placement opportunities for graduates, particularly within the telecom sector.
The initiative reinforces GPI Sardar Garhi Peshawar’s mission to produce skilled, competent, and industry-ready professionals capable of meeting modern technological challenges.
